Price match promise

Seen the same product cheaper at another UK retailer? Tell us where. If it meets the conditions, we'll match the price, whether you're about to order or bought from us in the last seven days.

How it works

Tell us where it is cheaperA link to the product on their website and the price they are asking is all we need.
We check itSomeone in the shop looks at the listing and confirms it is the same product, in stock, at that price.
We match itYou get a code to order at the lower price. Already ordered? We refund the difference to the card you paid with.

What we can match

The same product: same brand, model, year, size and colour.
Sold new by a UK retailer on their own website, at a price anyone can pay.
In stock and available to order there when we check.
Their price including delivery to your address, against ours including delivery.
Within seven days of your order, if you have already bought it from us.

What we cannot

Auction, marketplace or private listings, and prices from outside the UK.
Members-only, cashback, voucher-code, bundle or trade prices.
Ex-display, second-hand, damaged or clearance stock.
Prices that have since changed, or mistakes on the other site.

We match the price, not any finance offer, and the decision is ours. Matching one order does not change the price for anyone else.
