When will my good(s) be dispatched?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, you can expect dispatch on the following Monday.

If you place your order on a Bank Holiday, we aim to dispatch your order on the following working day.

How do I know if the item I want is available?

Availability of our products is shown on the website:

  • In Stock - indicates that the item is in stock.
  • Pre Order - indicates that the item is not in stock. However, we can normally source this item from the suppliers within 7 working days. If the supplier does not have stock, we will email you within 2 working days with an estimated due date, and maybe suggest an alternative.

Your payment will be processed and your card debited when your order is placed. If you wish to check how long it will take to source an out of stock item, please email [email protected] or speak to our sales team on 01942 707646.

What if only part of the order is in stock?

If only part of the order is in stock we will dispatch what is in stock now and the rest of the order when it arrives. Winstanleys BMX are not be liable for the return carriage costs of any unwanted part received orders.

Can I return my items(s)?

How accurate is your website?

We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible. However, specifications are subject to change without notice by the suppliers and as such we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions.


We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address if different and payment details. We also ask for your phone number, so that we can call notify you of your order status. Please see our Privacy Policyfor full details.


Your order is an offer to Winstanleys Limited to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Winstanleys BMX, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation E-mail. Your contract is with Winstanleys Ltd T/A Winstanleys BMX. Without affecting your right of withdrawal you can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.
